SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THE BLOW DRY CLUB ESSENTIAL SUBSCRIPTION

 
Payment: Subscriptions are paid via direct debit only. No other payment methods, including gift cards, are accepted.
Subscription Length: Subscriptions last for a minimum of 3 months and automatically renew. After 3 months, if you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact your salon directly.
Pausing: Subscriptions cannot be paused. If you cancel and re-join within 6 months, a re-joining fee of £75 will apply.
Personal Use: Subscriptions are for the subscriber only. You may need to show a photo ID if you're a new client or using a different salon.
Blow Dry Services: The Essential subscription includes blow dry refresh services at no extra cost. If you want dry styling (GHD Styling tools to create waves or curls), there’s an extra charge of £19. Or, upgrade to Essential Plus, which includes all these services at no additional cost.
Booking: Appointments can be scheduled up to 4 weeks in advance. We have a 24 hours cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel, please ensure you do this more than 24 hours before your appointment or you may be charged.

Stylist Availability: If your selected salon doesn't have a stylist at your subscription level available, you’re welcome to visit another location* where a matching stylist can accommodate your preferred time.
Using Any Salon: You can use your subscription at any salon, with some exceptions (see below).
Upgrading: If you’ve signed up for smooth blow dries only and later decide you’d like to switch to a curly or wavy style, you’ll need to pay the full price for that service. Alternatively, you can upgrade to the Essential Plus subscription tier, which offers the flexibility to choose between smooth, curly, or wavy blow dries.
Stylist Promotion: If your preferred stylist is promoted to a higher subscription level, your subscription tier will adjust after the first 3 months, and not before. To continue with your stylist, your subscription will be upgraded starting from month 4.
Extensions: If you have extensions (for thickness or length), you’ll need a longer appointment time and therefore means you will need to purchase a Plus subscription tier (Essential Plus/Premium Plus/Ultimate Plus).
Offers: Subscriptions can’t be combined with other offers or services.
Salon Rights: HOB Salons reserve the right to cancel the subscription or change the price with a 8 week notice period.
*Exclusions: Some salons (Amersham, Gerrards Cross, Cockfosters, Rickmansworth, and Ruislip) are not included.
